Job Title: Software Engineer
Job Duties: Design, develop, integrate, and test User interfaces. Write, modify, debug, and test
different codes using UI technologies in the process of developing mobile applications.
Troubleshoot various defects, fix application bugs, and improve user experience by performing
code reviews adhering to best practices of UI and coding standards. Develop reliable, performant,
scalable systems and design robust APIs and primitives. Design architecture and opinionated
APIs. Build reliant, performant, and scalable systems for storage, auth, or asset serving to enable
other product teams to build robust applications without deep domain expertise in the underlying
systems. Design and build Uls on any server platform in a team environment. Work closely with
business analysts and the backend team to understand the requirements to ensure that the right set
of UI modules is used to build. Engage in the requirement specification process for new software
functionality. Ensure adherence to the standard SDLC Processes. Evaluate the projects and
architecture and identify opportunities for broadening the scope of the solution and
documentation. Utilize in-depth knowledge of technological alternatives and business system
requirements to recommend. Create innovations that enhance and provide a competitive
advantage to the organization. Perform system design and specification development, program
logic and flow-charting, testing, debugging, and documentation. Work with Enterprise teams to
ensure changes are appropriately documented, communicated, audited, and deployed in
compliance with established procedures. Develop overall concepts for improving the user
experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and
convenient for customers. Perform product design tasks of moderate to high complexity which
require research and analysis. Automate the deployment, management, and operations of complex
distributed systems. Will work in Plano, TX and/or various unanticipated client sites throughout
the U.S. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate.
